The Townhouses

 

Bridging the gap between form and function, the Montgomery Square Townhouses feature a beautiful mix of high-end design, luxurious materials, and layouts built for the modern lifestyle.  They honor the historical vernacular of the Hillsboro/West End neighborhood, while still striking their own crisp take contemporary home design.  Each unit was carefully crafted by Domaine Development and Quirk Designs, a Nashville-based architecture firm whose principal lives just a block away in the neighborhood.

The plans were developed to provide streamlined modern function inside, including attached two-car garages and modern, open living concepts.  Outside, green space around each unit was preserved and courtyard-style entrances to each unit each unit offer enhanced privacy, and the drive and hardscape areas are paved with pervious cobblestone-style pavers, offering old world elegance and environment-friendly design.   Furthermore, each unit benefits from 3 exterior walls with windows, along with balconies and roof decks for indoor/outdoor living, all of which help bring light and nature in.  

To offer variety, two types of units were developed.  Type one (consisting of units 1, 4, 5, and 8) offers a smaller footprint of 2,235 square feet and type two (consisting of units 2, 3, 6, and 7) offers 2,394 square feet and 400 square foot rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen hookups and views over the hills of southwest Nashville.
